Certain items and personalized or custom-made products, are not eligible for refunds due to hygiene and customization reasons.

Follow the instructions to create a return request, specifying the reason for the return and attaching any necessary documentation. Refund Process

 

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you will receive an email confirming the arrival of the item and the status of your refund request. Please allow approximately 5-7 business  days for your refund to be processed.
